We currently ship to all addresses within the United States.
2. Shipping Costs
We believe in simple and transparent pricing. Our shipping rates are as follows:
- Standard Shipping (Orders under $75.00): $4.99 Flat Rate
- Free Shipping (Orders $75.00 and over): $0.00 (Free)
3. Order Processing & Delivery Times
To ensure you receive your gear as quickly as possible, please note our exact processing and transit times:
- Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time)
- Handling/Processing Time: 1 to 2 Business Days (Monday - Saturday)
- Transit/Shipping Time: 3 to 4 Business Days (Monday - Saturday)
- Total Estimated Delivery Time: 4 to 6 Business Days
Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST on a business day (Monday - Saturday) will begin processing on the same day. Orders placed after the 5:00 PM EST cut-off time will begin processing the following business day. We do not process or ship orders on Sundays or major public holidays.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will be active within 24 to 48 hours.
5. Delayed or Lost Orders
If your order experiences a significant delay in shipment or if you believe your package is lost, please contact our support team immediately so we can investigate the issue with the carrier.
